To implement the spirit of the provincial government's documents on stabilizing foreign trade, make good use of the activity platform of “HB TRADE（Hubei Foreign Trade Integrated Service Platform）” and promote trade docking in a more rapid, convenient and efficient way, Hubei Provincial Department of Commerce is to launch the activity of 2022 Jingchu Online Exhibition-"The Belt and Road Chinese Tea Special Session" event in September with the theme of “Historical Jingchu on line, Superior Products in Hubei", with the participation of popular and competitive Tea brands in Hubei Province.
Hubei is the cradle of tea culture and the source of the China-Russia Ten-Thousand-Mile Tea Road. Hubei’s tea exports amounted to 40.41 Million U.S. dollars in the first quarter of 2022, accounting for 8.01 percent of China's tea exports and ranking fourth nationwide. The sales volume of green tea takes the lead during the period, followed by black tea, scented tea, oolong tea, pu'er tea and dark tea.
Organized by Jiangsu New International Convention & Exhibition Group Co., Ltd., the event aims to present Hubei brands Tea to the rest of the world, with online and offline mutual linkage. The offline physical WorldFood Moscow will be open on 20th September, with a total of 20 Hubei participants in the exhibition, Booth number:B3078.The on-site staffs of the exhibition will provide professional guidance and introduction. The exhibits will include Tea Leaves、Instant Tea、Teas Substitutes、Processed Tea etc.
During the 5-day online matching period from 26th to 30th September, we will match more than 40 Hubei excellent foreign traders with nearly 100 professional buyers from "The Belt and Road" countries including Russia, Mongolia, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa etc, for business talks.
Through the promotional events above, Hubei Tea could increase its brand exposure and bring more business opportunies.
